A vibrant original artwork on stretched canvas
This painting was created in the In the spring of 2020, just before Covid struck. I enjoy walking in the Suffolk countryside and am always inspired by the arrival of Hawthorne and Blackthorn flowers in the hedges.
It is created with acrylic paint and pen on a stretched canvas. Although it is unframed, there is a hanging attachment so you can use it directly on the wall if you choose or add a float frame for extra emphasis.
Size is 31×41×2 cm.
All my original artworks and limited edition prints are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, which confirms when and how they have been made, and the story behind the art.
About Me:
I am a self-taught artist who celebrates the beauty of nature. I started painting 5 years ago to escape the pain of a chronic condition called fibromyalgia. Art has changed my life. One of my paintings was included in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2021, and I was part of a BBC2 documentary. My work has been shown in the prestigious Mall Galleries.
Please be aware that colours may look slightly different on screen to in reality. The way they look on screen is determined by your screen settings.
