Framed Acrylic Painting

This painting was inspired by flooding on Wimbledon Common during winter 2021. I was enchanted by the reflections of trees in the impromptu lakes which appeared. I love the Common, which I have known all my life. I never get tired of painting and photographing it.This picture is made with acrylic paint on art board. It is size A3, 42 x 30 cm.

It is sold in a classic wood and glass black frame, with a pure white mount, ready to hang. Size, 51 x 41 cm, 20 x 16"

About Me:

I am a self-taught artist who celebrates the beauty of nature.  I started painting 4 years ago to escape the pain of a chronic condition called fibromyalgia.  Art has changed my life.  Last year, one of my paintings was included in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2021, and I was part of a BBC2 documentary which can still be seen on iPlayer.  (Link on my website).  My work has been shown in the prestigious Mall Galleries.
